Hi, I’m Liam. I’ve always cared about how decisions get made in my community. But I know how hard it can be to find out what’s going on, let alone make sense of it. The easier it is for people to get involved, the better it is for all of us. That’s why I started The Civic Report. When I’m not watching council meetings or writing, you’ll find me at the beach, up the escarpment or eating somewhere local. I work in local government, currently at Shellharbour City Council. I also volunteer for Kylie Flament, an independent candidate for the NSW seat of Keira. Neither has any say over what I write, and I’ll flag it in any story where either is relevant.
